Last friday I went to dinner at a lovely italian restaurant in the Meatpacking District in Copenhagen called Mother. They serve delicious pizzas made with sourdough and they use farm fresh ingredients which makes it even better! It is a very cosy environment where they make use of wooden tables with a nice little basil plant on each table to give a nice and organic feeling (and of course you can use it for your dinner). They bake the pizzas for about 90 seconds so the base is thin with puffed up edges and the centre remains soft – a true Naples-style pizza!
Try it out, it is worth the money even though it is a bit more expensive than an average pizza. 😉
