“Feed me with pizza, Mother”

Hi guys!

Last friday I went to dinner at a lovely italian restaurant in the Meatpacking District in Copenhagen called Mother. They serve delicious pizzas made with sourdough and they use farm fresh ingredients which makes it even better! It is a very cosy environment where they make use of wooden tables with a nice little basil plant on each table to give a nice and organic feeling (and of course you can use it for your dinner). They bake the pizzas for about 90 seconds so the base is thin with puffed up edges and the centre remains soft – a true Naples-style pizza!

Try it out, it is worth the money even though it is a bit more expensive than an average pizza. 😉

  1. Looks delicious! Would you mind to share the address of the restaurant? Do they accept reservations? Is it a place where i can just show up or it is always full? Thanks for sharing. Amazing blog by the way!

    • Hi Marie! Thank you. The adress is; Høkerboderne 9-15, 1712 Copenhagen V. Their homepage is; http://www.mother.dk
You can either show up or make a reservation, but I think it’s best if you make a reservation because it can be packed especially in weekends. Hope you’ll like it 🙂
