Healthy avocado snack

Hey guys, today I want to share with you a delicious, healthy and quick recipe that I came up with as a solution for a quick healthy meal.

It is very simple and easy to make. I got inspired from guacamole and “tarteletter” .

So, for this recipe you will need:

  •  2 avocados;
  • 4 cherry tomatoes or 1 normal tomato;
  • 8 tartlets ( you can buy them already made );
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 tea spoon of olive oil;
  •  200g of  shrimps ( already cooked);
  • salt and pepper;
  • 1 big spoon of guacamole mix (powder) (if you don’t like spice food, you don’t need to add this ingredient);


Start by cutting the avocados and put them on a boll. Smash them with a fork or a spoon  and add a bit of salt, pepper and olive oil.



While you are preparing the ingredients, turn on the oven on 200 degrees and wait until is warm. Put the tartlets on the oven for 5-7 minutes, so that they can become a bit crispy.

In the meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and onions and mix them with the avocado. To finalize  add 1 big spoon of guacamole mix powder.



When the tartlets are done, take them off from the oven and let them cool down for a minute.


Fill up the tartlets with the avocado mixture together with the shrimps and your done!




You can serve this delicious meal as an entré, a snack or you can even eat it as a main course. Have fun making your avocado tartlets and let me know what you thought about the recipe once you  tried them 😉

  1. Looks delicious! I also like making the tartelets myself, (they are better than the ones you buy), but i never tried to mix with advocado! Will let you know how it goes 😉
